Kaiser Permanente Hawaii announced the expansion of its physician staff and midwifery services on the Big Island with the addition of family medicine physician Adam Adler, M.D., and Certified Nurse Midwife Roxanne Estes, respectively.

Both will be based at Kaiser Permanente’s Hilo clinic.

“Making quality health care more accessible to our members, particularly those on the Neighbor Islands, is a priority for Kaiser Permanente,” said Dr. Daryl Kurozawa, the organization’s physician leader for the Neighbor Islands. “The addition of Dr. Adler and Certified Nurse Midwife Roxanne Estes helps us to provide the Hilo community with enhanced access to a full range of primary care and Ob-Gyn services.”

Kaiser Permanente has more than 90 physicians and specialists from its medical group based at its seven Neighbor Island clinics on Maui and the Big Island.
